Design-Build
Divine likes to get involved in projects early, so the design-build method is a natural extension of the service we provide on our negotiated projects. We have used this method of delivery on a wide range of projects for more than 30 years.
Design-build gives our client one point of contact for design and construction. We hire experienced architects and engineers with project-specific expertise. This results in a highly coordinated effort with exceptional schedule, cost, and risk control.
